missingWrote a review on Nov 29daily towel serviceclaustrophobic roompoor cleanliness
Clean towels were provided daily during our stay.
The air conditioning was poorly regulated, blowing directly on the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Our room felt claustrophobic, and the security measures were concerning, as the windows were locked with no escape route in case of an emergency. In addition, the cleanliness was lacking. I found food stains near the tatami mat area, and the bathroom had a noticeable moldy odor.

this hotel really missed the mark. check-in was an absolute hassle, taking forever. to top it off, the air conditioning was blowing directly on the bed, so sleepless nights were guaranteed. i also expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. i was almost going to leave a nice review, but i just couldn’t.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was very contemporary yet had a touch of traditional Japanese style, making it cozy and inviting. I loved the in-room water dispenser as a sustainable touch! The only downside was the room size, which could be a bit cramped with lots of luggage. I would love to return soon!
